Title: Coordinator / Scheduler
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid, 2 days on site per week)
Type: 1-year contract with possible extension | Start ASAP
Compensation: $40-50/hr
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator/Scheduler to support departmental operations by maintaining schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth execution of projects—particularly large-scale initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between teams and ensures work is routed efficiently to the appropriate resources for an SAP implementation.
Your role:
· Maintain the department’s master schedule using various scheduling and project management systems.
· Organize and coordinate daily departmental activities and workflows.
· Proactively adjust schedules to reflect unexpected changes, priorities, or resource constraints.
· Route work to the correct internal and external resources to ensure timely completion.
· Serve as a liaison between the department and cross-functional teams.
· Support large projects through coordination, tracking, and communication.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
· Provide project coordination and/or project management support as needed.
· Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, for communication and documentation.
What you’ve got:
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support roles.
· Strong experience supporting large, complex programs or enterprise-scale projects.
· Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with scheduling and workload tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Utilities industry experience preferred but not required.
