Job Title: IT Project Manager – Design & Construction

Location: Las Vegas, NV – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

We are partnering with a casino and hospitality organization to support IT infrastructure for new builds and remodels. This role leads medium to large-scale IT projects from planning through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your role:

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (design, build, test, go-live)
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contractors
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Oversee deployment of IT systems (networks, security, servers, telecom, POS)
• Ensure compliance with gaming, security, and regulatory standards
• Support new casino/hospitality builds and remodels

What you’ve got:

• 4+ years of IT project management experience (5–7 years preferred)
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in casino or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of networks, security, and enterprise IT systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work in construction environments

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated or gaming environments
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting large-scale new builds or remodels
