Job Title: Civil Engineer

Type: Full-Time Permanent

We are seeking a Civil Engineer II to support Project Managers on multiple concurrent projects involving grading, utilities, roadway, and drainage design. The ideal candidate will be proficient with civil engineering design software—including AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and WWHM—and will contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, technical ability, and organizational skills are essential.

Your role:

• Support Project Managers in delivering grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design projects

• Contribute to site planning, stormwater management, street improvements, and civil infrastructure design

• Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and WWHM to produce high-quality design work

• Apply relevant codes, regulations, and engineering standards to planning, design, and construction tasks

• Assist with preparing reports, plans, calculations, and technical documentation

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners

• Manage multiple project assignments and support timely project delivery

What you’ve got:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong technical and organizational skills

• Experience using engineering codes, regulations, and standards for planning, design, and construction

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and WWHM

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in site planning, stormwater management, grading, utilities, or street improvements (preferred)
